AGREEMENT OF RECRUITMENT (Agency & Expatriate Candidate)

This agreement is entered on ……………….. by and between ……………………..(hereafter referred as the recruiting agency) and ……………………………..  (hereafter referred as the candidate)

  1. The recruiting agency will arrange the post of ………….. for the candidate for a period of ………. years for a monthly salary of …………..
  2. The candidate agrees to bring a sum of …………….. as service charge to the recruiting agency when coming to Maldives to join duty.
  3. The candidate agrees to come to Maldives to join duty on own air ticket.
  4. The candidate agrees to work for the full employment contract period and for the salary specified in clause 1.
  5. If the candidate is found unfit during probation, air ticket to go back to home country should be born by the candidate.
  6. The candidate should abide the rules and regulation of the Republic of Maldives.
  7. The job offered in clause no. 1 is offered based on the information given in the CV. If the information given is not true, employer has the right to terminate the employment contract and send back the candidate to home country.
