TERMS & CONDITIONS OF RECRUITMENT (Agency & Expatriate Candidate)

  1. The Candidate should send us the passport copy, experience certificates, trade test certificates, Bio-Data and original of Police clearance certificate.
  2. The recruiting agency will process the work permit and send it to the candidate by fax or e-mail. Upon receipt of the copy of the work permit, the candidate should make the travel arrangements to Maldives.
  3. The candidate should inform his arrival date by fax 02 days prior to his arrival.
  4. Our service charge per candidate is US 400/-. This service charge should be hand carried by the candidate when coming to Maldives. The service charge should be handed over to one of our senior staff on arrival.
  5. If for any reason if the candidate is unable to travel to Maldives, it should be notified to the recruiting agency immediately.
  6. The candidate should travel to Maldives on his own expense and air ticket.
  7. Unless otherwise advised the average probationary period for all our candidates will be 01 month during which time the employer will confirm the job.
  8. The employer will pay the agreed salary and will arrange the accommodation and food for the candidate. Some employers pay overtime but this will be entirely at the discretion of the employers.
  9. The candidate must be a non-vegetarian and employer will arrange medical care for minor illnesses.
  10. The normal working hours will be 10 hours per day including lunch and tea breaks.
  11. The candidate must be fit to perform his duties.
  12. If the candidate is not suitable for the recruited job, he/she should travel to his/her home country on his/her own air ticket. In such cases assistance will be provided from the recruiting agency
